Enterprise software management is very involved with lots of team members. Small business development, just like small business ownership, demands I wear many hats. Here is a partial list of the skillsets required of someone who does what I do:

Experience

I bring over 40 years of real-world office computing expertise, 20 years of business ownership and tremendous wealth of operations experience. From fast-paced military operations to laundromats and real estate as well as consulting and dispatch logistics, I have built, managed, and streamlined diverse businesses. During these decades, I have developed deep technical expertise in:

• Workflow automation with platforms like Make.com and Zapier, Pipedream and N8N
• Data management using Excel and Google Sheets, MS Access, MySQL, Airtable and more
• Voice, SMS, and telephony solutions using Twilio and similar SaaS application
• Financial integration with QuickBooks Online and Stripe
• AI-driven process improvements using OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini

This mix of hands-on business ownership and technical mastery uniquely position me to guide small business owners away from pen and paper, phone tag centered processes toward digital-first, integrated and highly efficient business management.
