What will this cost?

We don’t have fixed pricing. Each project is different, but all are tied to outcomes. Scope defines cost. No hidden fees.

How long does it take?

Some very simple tasks can be completed the same day; more complex tasks are phased rollouts. You see and test incrementally. As each piece comes together, I deploy it for testing, feedback, and immediate use if it solves a problem. Always tested before go-live.

Minimum project size?

No such thing! From single task automations to end-to-end systems. Small wins compound.

Do you do quick fixes or cleanups only?

Yes. Formulas, scripts, views, file naming, and SOP tune-ups to save minutes daily.

Which platforms?

Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Airtable, QuickBooks Online, Twilio, Make.com, and far more.

Mac and PC?

Yes, but I do not specialize in the Mac ecosystem. Much of what we implement will be web-based. Cross-platform templates, scripts, and workflows. No conflicts.

Custom menus and buttons?

Yes. One-click ribbons, add-ins, and lightweight dashboards to standardize work.

Training options?

Absolutely. Live sessions, recordings, and SOPs. From frontline “click paths” to manager overviews.

Ongoing support?

Yes. I take on very few clients and focus deeply on your needs. Iterations, break/fix, and scaling. Systems evolve with your business.

Will it work in our environment?

If you use the internet and digital communication, it will work. We stage and test in your stack, coordinate with IT, and document rollout.

Will it integrate with what we have?

Yes. The goal is connected apps so data moves once and multiplies in value. No duplicate entry.

Process?
